Here is an Early SA by Steinhoff with the maker mark of the bricklayer.Overall condition is good with some obvious defects. First this is a period repaint of the scabbard- this is obvious when you see the 30s lead based paint with the contracted surface- this does not occur any newer nonlead paint. In some areas you can see some original brown anodized surface beneath. There is a very small dent on the ball of the lower NS fitting. Handle has a couple of superficial scrapes, they are not deep. Blade very good with dark burnishing, maker mark clear and dark. Eagle and rune fine. Crossguards NS and fine. $800 plus 15 ship in US 337-989-9254 nmcalvanah@att.net
