Hi, recently I have bought IKE jacket of 2-nd armored division. With the uniform I have received a couple of patches. There is one set I have no idea where to place on the uniform. Would You help me or post some period pics...

They are WWII US officer "branch of service" cloth patches for the Armored tank corps. Normally metal devices were worn on the lapels, but sometimes they used cloth patches like these.
The design is that of the WWI tank. ( they should be horizontal)
