All I can tell you is that I've seen these sell for serious money.

Welcome to the forum! I think this is one nicely made type of Mittlerer Zugwagen. This type was used to tow a artillery piece and of course personnel. Send me an email whenever you get tired of playing with it. The stamp is for your instructions for directional purposes. rückwärts= backwards, 2 gang= 2 gear.

Ideas ?
1. Don't play with it as the tracks are fragile and the canvas hood may be too
2. As someone said, you have something very expensive there. If you are going to sell it, do some research.

Nats,
I thought these were a type of Schützenpanzerwagen, a leichter and Mittlerer? Maybe the same type chassis?

Is this one from company Hausser or an Elastolin one? I assume from Hausser.
