Up for sale a very rare, near mint conditioned Hungarian Communist Honor Dagger with blade dedication. The dagger has been presented to an Army Medical Corps officer with rank of a colonel on his 55th birthday. The inscription says: Dr. HAJDU B�LA O. EZDS. ELVT�RSNAK 1979. NOV. 10.
