Wow, just saw this on another site.. Seems he passed away beginning of Sept.

I only had contact with him a few times. He had his own ways so to say,,but a very accomplished and respected author and researcher.. My condolences to his family and friends...

Yes the last post he penned over there "from an ancient to an under 35" was worth reading twice, he wrote it only weeks before he passed. I didn't know him but he certainly seemed to care very much about the preservation of history, and I respect that very much.
