BTW, look at the eagle on this thing. See how when they punched out the eagle on the press they were slightly off? Yup, there were Mondays in the Reich too!~

Paul,
Eagle faults are few and far between but they do happen. Here two picture of a fault found on Schutellhofer SS daggers and M36 SS daggers. A bit of metal got jammed in the lower part of the swaz.
Very nice inscription on that dagger and a hard to find maker.
