the wreath isn't correct. The space around the center to wreath is too much.
The eagle, totally wacked! Out of proportion body, malformed swas. etc.
And what branch of service is that supposed to be for? [gold on black] KM?, no way,,maybe a SA/Navy,,no way..
Just an old repro set..

Looks similar to the ones I had on for sale forum some months back listing entitled "repro bonanza" had a repop heer General visor cap eagle and wreath just like this.
