here is one offered in Poland. Do not take attention on the badge. Ring is the most important. Made of alpaca. Joint seam on back. Looks die stuck. I like it but need your opinion.

You will have to tell us about the badge that is crazy!! Hard not to notice it but it does seem soldered on. Weird! It looks struck to me I see some scratches and maybe strike flaws but I think it has a good chance. Where on earth did u find that?

Or perhaps casting flaws! If odal knows it's a fake- he's probably right. In This game I'm the waterboy and odals the starting quarterback! Or in European terms I'm the kid holding the bag of soccer balls and he is Juergen klinsmann. I change my vote.!

Hymm, the seller is a well known honest dealer here in Poland. He says this ring come in a lot of souvenirs belonging to prisoner of KL Auschwitz (political prosoner). Ring belonged to one of the guard in this camp. The badge it is badge of former political prisoners of german concentration camps (existing 1946 - 1949). Seller gives timeless guarantee on this ring. It is made of white metal (alpaca or silver). This is what I know.

very interesting!
That's a pretty rare pin! The ring is like no pattern I've seen. Doesn't look so good, postwar thing. But I like it! Cool piece!!

Dear Evgeniy, Poland is a Motherland of plenty inventions people arond the world were using and using still. In my collecting trip I have seen bunch of funny things coming out from Russia too so calling Poland motherland of fakes is a little bit rude. Happy Easter my frozen land friend :-)

Agree I have a nice ww ring courtesy of my friend Piotr- I'll always remember it as from there and from my friend! Also I am smitten by polish food...and by the way--- don't we know now that the earth revolves around the sun and not the other way round on account of one Mikolaj Kopernik?
