Picked up an interesting early (no address on right side) Large Ring Shallow Milled broom with "target sights". The pistol was entered in the register of Von Lengerke & Detmold (sole US importer) in June 1901. VL&D modified the sights and then shipped it to a retail hardware store in Manhatten). I don't know if it was a standard VL&D option or a special order. The pistol is 100% matching numbered to include the grips, tangent sight. magazine floor plate, and follower. The gun is tight and has a very good bore with strong rifling. Comments welcome.
