Most likely have heard this, some may not.

Pretty unusual to hear him without the shriek we are all used to. Sometimes there are multiple voices here so it can get confusing, but 1 voice dominates the conversation and that can be presumed to be Hitlers, well known as a rambling talker.

Although this advertises subtitles, there are none to be found so far as I could see.

I listened to the recording and it sounds like the man himself.

Was tough for me to associate the voice with the well known screaming, shrill voice we all know.
but obviously, anyone would sound different excited and yelling to a crowd.

I guess the guy who hit the record button had some nerve, would likely have had his head on a chopping block if the recording was uncovered in process.
