I must be missing something... I tried to change my avatar, but it keeps coming back to my old one, even after I have deleted it by clicking on 'No Avatar'. Whatever I try to upload, it replaces with my old one.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong here?

John - did you get it working (not sure what your old avatar was). I see someone sitting in a chair holding a child.

Might be a cache issue, try going to a post of yours and holding down Ctrl+F5, this will flush the cache and reload, and hopefully let you view the new pic.

I've had similar problems getting the change to take effect right away. It seems to take effect the next day when the computer has been shut off.

yep, Dave is correct... the change did take place, but I didnt see it until day later.
