Was not sure where to put this one so started here. smaller goggles with cloth tie straps. came in small tin with waffen on outside bottom. Any idea what they are and for?

I have a pair of glasses in a different type of tin, but with the cloth straps. Mine were for use while wearing a gas mask. Definitely WWII German.
I would think these might have a similar application.

Do a google picture search for Swiss Snow goggles. I only know these as such.
