and this is most funny thing .It is souvenir axe made of wood.These axes called ciupaga were made in famous polish mountain resort city Zakopane.These axes looks similar now nowadays .The letters on the handle ZAKOPANE .

The rubber tires must of been an export as it says " Made in Germany " on the side.
