My nephew just achieved his status as Eagle Scout. I have two 1st model Luftwaffe daggers, one Eickhorn and one Alcoso, both in about the same condition. I greedily want to keep the "best" one for myself. Opinions please. Thanks.

It might come down to vintage but given the choice of Eick or Alcoso, I would tend to keep the Eick.
