Dean,,maybe I missed it but,,,
What do you keep these in? A 'photo' box? Or a album? I have a ton of old USSR propaganda PCs.. Had them in a photo box. Recently my son gave me his old baseball card albums [empty]. Thinking about getting the PC pages and using that..

Hi Gaspare, your question was answered on 4/19 in Bill's imperial art thread...wish I had an ideal and affordable method of display but don't. I know you being a comic art/comic guy, you're aware of mylar and archival-grade storage methods. Ideally it would be nice imo if put in period to the time album. Maybe a frame for the one's that are special to you. Good luck and I would be interested to know if you find a great solution.
Posting this unusual one that looks somewhat home-made having a thin protective cover and writing on the reverse. If anyone can translate (if worthy or not a problem) that would be great. Thanks

Wow, this is neat! The art style almost looks the same as what Mike Mignola does for Hellboy.

Here's probably my best postcard: The Führer and his posse. I think the shot is very nicely framed. This piece is in very good condition!

Dean has some wonderful collection of PCs and photos and this is a great topic!!
- ASmith,,,our off to a good start with your AH card!!
Do you live in the states? There is the MAX show coming up in York PA. You can get VERY lucky at some of the big shows IF, if you have the patience to look thru the stacks of 'stuff' and a very good chance you'll find a good PC or photo...

Thanks! Yep, I'm in NH and PA isn't really that far. It's not anything I really considered before, but...I am seriously considering it now, lol. At the very least, I'll cross of going to a convention off of my bucket list.

Google translated: 'The new national Baden government'.
4th from left, Gauleiter Richard Wagner. A battle hardend antisemitic WW1 veteran, Nov.9, 1923 participant and defendant who's last words before a firing squad in 1946 were "Long live Greater Germany, long live Adolf Hitler, long live National Socialism" according to wikipedia

Postal stamped 11/9/1937. Possibly Grimminger in middle with the blood flag? If so I wonder what was the custom for the light colored tunic of the 3 central figures.

--dj--Joe For sure DJ. It's great when you can see a familiar cuff title, award, or collar tab under magnification. Like a clue in the puzzle when your fortunate enough to get clear registration. NAPOLA postcard to view. According to Wiki one of the earlier schools. I'm sure these guys paid dearly to be in such a magnificent place but had to sense they were of extreme value to their country.

--dj--Joe My thoughts exactly DJ. Here's a few more napola's... This one posted in 1935 (?) with 'Schloz Oranienstein uber Diez' ink stamp and possibly a heil Hitler in text.

And a non-photographed piece of art that has nothing to do with the above subject. Why there's two signatures and year dates along the bottom I have no idea??

#1 Schloz Oranienstein, has a commanding view of the countryside.
#2 Did they embellish or add the flag above the Koslin school?
#3 Danish. (DNSAP).
Thanks for sharing.

It sure looks like an embellished flag doesn't it. I've seen that before even on leibstandarte barracks cards or knights cross awards.
Thanks for the Danish nazi clue. I didn't internet search Frits Clausen to learn he was the leader of the DNSAP and was overlooking the obvious. Goes to show how another perspective is key. Appreciate your input and time. Maybe the snake in the illustration has something to do with Clausen's early carrer in medicine before getting involved in politics.
