Juncker produced 100 badges.
24 received the badge, including 4 post-mortem.
What happend to the other 76 badges?

Hans-Erich Voss received all three badges.
Was he the only one that received more than 1 badge?

I have attempted to research this as well but I can't conclusively say that he was the only one to receive more than one. Some of the recipients don't appear to have complete records that are easily available to the lay person. Certainly he was the only one awarded all three. Maybe there is an expert out there that can help us.
