I think they were used as boot knives but they were really a small skinning knife. Got it along with a G-43 and the Eickhorn HJ. Ron

Hi Ron,
Those are 2 fine original HJ-knifes that you are showing! The early Eickhorn has the etched makermark, which is very uncommon and tough to find!
