You have cast copy of I think fantasy ring. A little altered copy - for years these goes around cast and without inside inscription and text on sides.

LC is not my thing so I'm not sure about it being a fantasy pattern,,,but yes a copy that has been added to!
Some wear, some engraving, a couple stamps and many a counterfeit ring will pass!
There is a lot of LC service time remembrance pieces, rings of many patterns, necklaces, bracelets, cigg cases, cufflinks, boxs,stick pins, steins, etc, etc, Probably only West Wall beats it! [?]
