Hi guys, I'm here asking again for some ID help, thanks for the expert opinions in advance! Wood grip, hard to see mark on it, d-guard, bayonet-ish, perhaps a british Bowie knife? I'm hoping the maker mark comes through, seems to be a crown stamp, the number 11, and an ornate "cross" or "x" with it, maybe sabres? looks old, could be american or french or british? Please help! Thanks Byz

Oh there's also something etched on the cross guard but it's too hard to make out...
