The various rivets are not consistent for a army using,same as the hole in front pouch is not typical german, it could be a polish frog for M95/Wz22 later reused. 1923(8) teoretically could be the year.

That is kind of neat to find with a dress bayonet, is it a dress scabbard or a combat one?
I like the embellished as found, it's part of its history. Here is one I ran across.
