I found some info it looks like this one is Danish Guards infantry saber Mod1854 according to Kulinsi reference book / any ideas appreciated

Aleksander, It�s a copy of a French Infantry short sword. With the original French sword also used by a number of other countries, including Russia originally as war booty. My best recollection at the moment is that the one posted here is a (legitimate new manufacture) Spanish copy from the 19th century. Best Regards, FP
