- Were cloth tags like this ever used in authentic 3rd reich era jackets?.
This one sewn in back neck area.
Can anyone translate this if authentic?

I have a canteen with a tag vey similar to this sewn inside the cover,,so I would think this would be acceptable...Robert

Definitely good. Here is another attached to the back of a bayonet frog. This found on a short bladed Pioneer dress bayo.
