Gentleman
My eyes are not as good as they used to be but I see differences i think in the eagle at the scabbards top and other minor differences although I am sure there were slight variations in the originals as they were all hand assembled and hand finished. These were not precision made but more of a art for decoration.
Any pointed differences will be appreciated, It is very hard for me to judge from pictures only.
thanks
mike

Hello, HYleader-daggers did become a minefield since the new fakes did appear. In most cases an in hand inspection is necessary.
From your pics I think to see SEVERAL (eagle, leather, pommel, makermark, gripwire and more) features which are connected to these new fakes. I would not want this dagger (and also these hangers!) in my collection and I therefore would not make an offer on them.
Regards,

Thanks Wotan i think you are 100% correct.
After some more research I have come to the same conclusion, especially the eagle on the scabbard it is a bad copy.
thanks again
