Is this known pattern of etching on Pack parade bayonets ?

This is a known pattern...oval etches are hard to find.
There is something I am not happy with on the oval, but my computer has gone haywire and I have no access to my picture archives.
But, we should be able to compare to some posted here on GDC.

Yes,i'm with John,the details of the etch is bad or is heavily polished IMO.

This pattern, along with the other Pack oval etches, have been reproduced in the Czech Republic several years ago. The new generation of fake etches were not perfect but they were much better than the old, poorly defined etched patterns of the 1960's & 1970's.
I agree with John & Ivan, both of whom know their way around Pack etches. This example does not appear to be period, from the pictures.
