Looks to be an NCO's sword of the 35th Westprussian Field Artillery Regiment, raised in 1890 and part of the XX Army Corps. The dedication means 'In Remembrance of my Service'.
I don't know what the AC means...there is a maker called Alfred Coppell, but I would have thought their logo would be bigger. Maybe the owner's initials?

The off duty (dress model) saber for horse mounted artillery soldiers, it looks like a very nice example.  With besides the unit marking, as was stated, the oftentimes seen "Remembrance For My Service" commemorative type of inscription. With the on duty government model for senior grade NCO's a brass hilted lion head saber, and the officer's model an option for off duty wear. Best Regards, Fred
