Interesting property with massive area. Quite suitable for a large collection and no doubt very secure.
Might get a bit depressing though as a dwelling?
I imagine it will sell for very, very much more.

Not that uncommon in US for former missile silo sites to be sold for private use, don't think I've ever seen a whole complex on the market.
I imagine it would be quite expensive to make useable and maintain, for sure an undertaking for someone with deep pockets.
