When I start a new topic, I do not get the file attachment in the window. Any help would be appreciated.

On a full reply screen, you should see "File Manager" under the reply window. Clicking on that opens a new window that lets you browse your computer and load photos. You select them one at a time and click "Add File". When finished, click "Done Adding Files" to return to the reply screen. Quick Reply does not have this feature
