Based on this tag of the place that put the medal bar together , I assume this medal bar was worn by a policeman in Berlin .

Terrific pair of medal bars. You just don't find nice Polizei bars around at all.

The medal 2nd from right is a medal for service in Hungary, not sure of the last one.

I am very happy to have gotten that nice medal bar ; --but actual this 2nd medal bar came with the 1st one , --but this time no police service medals on it .
