Several things could be done to make registration more difficult, or require approval before a post can be made. But all would either irritate the valid members or slow down operations of the site. It gets even worse with IP generators as banning the IP address doesn't accomplish anything. Our current approach is to delete the posts and the poster. Dave and I watch the site and usually get rid of them as soon as we see them. Because many of these people are being paid for the number of posts they make for a product, I don't see the problem going away.

Just ban the IP and see what happens. Worst thing that can happen is that he will come back on another IP. The posts don't even show on my PC but it says he posted just annoying to see a ton of letters lol

The IP addresses are being generated when he registers so banning the address doesn't help
