Anyone know if this is legit, and what the value may be? I have no other pics, sorry. This is said to be the history of the item. Thanks in advance.

This is the dress buckle worn with the dress uniform, ("alta divisa"), of the Federale of Naples. The Federale was the senior provincial officer of the Italian government under the Fascist regime. Please note the fascist emblem, the "fasces" , on both ends of the buckle as well as under the talons of the Fascist Eagle. The fasces were a symbol of authority in the Roman Empire and consisted of a bundle of rods to which was affixed a battle axe. They were carried by body guards who accompanied senior Roman officials.
