Gents, I picked up a nice Justiz Portepee over the weekend that I thought I would show. This aluminum and green knot is made like the similar gold and red knot for Strafvollzugsdienste but this one is for wear with the Justiz sword or bayonet. ORPO, sorry, but this is clearly a custom officer´s saber knot. The justice knot is gold/red and the prison knot is GOLD/green.
Sometimes tarnished custom knots are mistaken but at any portion the silver is always to be seen and even tarnished very distinct to the cold color.
Nevertheless custom knots are at least scarce, even mire in such a nice condition.

George, A Zoll knot is still a scarce thing to find & ours is in such nice condition. Maybe not as rare as a Justiz knot but nothing to shake a stick at
