All three are good. Does the EK have any mark on the ring. It looks like it could be a "KO" marked cross.

Thanks for the clarification , and yes , I take my hat off to you it is indeed marked "ko" to the ring , I cant tell the subtle differences of these eks , my area of collecting is expensive, I really did NOT need to fall in love with these things , but alas I have, an empty bank account looms near. do they vary greatly in appearance?
Kindest,
Will.

There is a large variance in these because of the number of makers and the years made.

Hi Will,

It's funny how sometimes we wander from our normal collecting course only to find we've discovered something new, exciting and interesting, and also worth exploring. Imperial and TR medals certainly fall into this category. My best advice would be to start slow with the basics and progress from there, exactly as you're doing. As you are already a seasoned collector I'm sure you'll agree that this is the best way to proceed no matter what one's interest is.

So far so good and steady as she goes Skipper ... wink

Good collecting and best regards!

Bill

Thanks Bill, you are so right with that statement , I concentrated on bayos and rifles for years and dipping in and out of other areas , but awards and decorations have really sunk their teeth into me ! a modest start for sure , I have great deal to learn but that's half the fun ,
thanks for the encouraging words !
kindest,
will.
