At the request of a couple of members, I've gone through my photos and built a test gallery of 3rd Reich Gorgets. You can see it Here. I have 35 in the gallery, including a few rare pieces not often seen. If you have any that are not in the gallery, please consider contributing to the gallery ![wink wink](https://forum.germandaggers.com/images/graemlins/default/wink.gif)

OK, I already had a good photo so I've included it. I have some concerns about the Werkschutz and the Marine-Ksten-Polizei being considered gorgets. Both were pin backs (no chain), approximately 4" in size and worn on the uniform coat. The Marine-Ksten-Polizei was worn on the right breast pocket under the Kreigsmarine eagle. The Werkschutz was worn on the left breast pocket. Because of the size and the way they were worn, they look more like a badge than a gorget ![wink wink](https://forum.germandaggers.com/images/graemlins/default/wink.gif)

Very nice, Lou. That's a very rare gorget! I've seen mentions of it in some of the literature but never seen one. Does it have the hooks for a chain? And what is the size? These were also available as a plaque or sleeve badge but were fairly small, about 3"x3".

Looks Ok from what I can see. Examples are around with a couple of different chain styles.

Added 3 more gorgets ![wink wink](https://forum.germandaggers.com/images/graemlins/default/wink.gif) Is there an accepted list of gorgets originally used anywhere? According to my reference books, the gallery is missing 3 gorgets, the Deutsche Reichsbahn Standard Bearer Gorget, the LSSAH Standard Bearer Gorget, and the TeNo Technisches Aufseher Gorget.

Thanks to the collectors/dealers who responded to the above post. Apparently, the LSSAH Standard Bearer Gorget is a fantasy item. No originals have been vet acquired and the only reference is a drawing based on a blurred photo ![wink wink](https://forum.germandaggers.com/images/graemlins/default/wink.gif)

Photos have been received for the Bahnschutz Standard Bearer Gorget (apparently the Reichbahn Gorget was misidentified) and the TeNo Technisches Aufseher Gorget. Will add to the guide shortly. I would appreciate comments concerning the two gorgets.

Hi Ron, I agree on the RAD type 2 so it has been removed. The HJ was photographed at the MAX several years ago and was vetted by all the dealers as original. And thanks very much for your post. I really appreciate you checking the galleries. Comments help improve them for everyone
