Group a 2 I guess these are called Ivory grips because of their white tone but a lot of them are made out of bone. For the most part they are all beautiful in their own way. Some of them with the small knife and fork date back to the 1700s. WEB Page: http://www.cashi.com/daggerivorypage1.htm

Dear Nacho Garcia from Spain. Thank you for joining in the viewers of the world part of this Forum and also a thank you to Frank from Brazil.
Frank I think a person could buy all of the Hunting and Forestry daggers they would care to own if they look at the Web Pages in Google and list GERMAN HUNTING DAGGERS WANTED AND FORESTRY DAGGERS WANTED. They will get a lot of listings.
There are also many auctions on arms in Germany and other countries.
Sincerely,
HUBERTUS

Dear dj - Joe,
Thank you for your reply to the forum with regards to Pins and awards. It would be hard to comply with your request at this time as I checked over a lot of the old photographs and they are mostly large KB sizes of pins etc. mixed with dagger photos that are also large in size.
Old age has creeped into my body and now I some how remember my mother saying to me, Ralph I look into the mirror and see the old wrinkled face looking at me and my mind says, that cant be me I think to young to look that awful old.
Sincerely,
HUBERTUS

Hubertus, sir;
And you should see me trying to stand up some days. Creepy old joints. Not a problem. Would you mind if I place a link to your homepage from the medals and badges forum? Then visitors can go to your awards and pins sections.
Regards, --dj--Joe

HUBERTUS, I think WE have to thank YOU for showing your collection. All kinds of hunting edged weapons I could find during the years spread within the net are concenrtated here in a single collection, yours. And naturally quite a lot more. Very impressive, Regards,

GROUP 9. BAVARIAN These blades are a favorite. I guess because they are long and most of them are in mint condition. Blue and gold. Web Page: http://www.cashi.com/bavarianpage1.htm

Dear collectors,
I want to thank everyone that showed their fine interest in all ten of the groups I posted on the Forestry and hunting daggers. I was a little more hopeful there towards the end that there would be other collector photos of other pieces and their variations by blades and makers etc. If you have similar pieces with little differences please do not hesitate to show them before the time of these grouping run out on the forum.
Sincerely,
HUBRTUS
