Are there any other ratios' other than the 2:3---perfectly centered, and the 7:10--- 1% toward hoist end??, on the national flags? I have several that the ratio seems much more than 1% toward hoist (left)end.They are WW2 bringbacks,
I am NOT talking about the Rayed ones, but the red disc on white standard national flags.
