Recently bought a small item from PAUL and when putting through the automated payment noticed the shipping was abnormally high but went through with the payment knowing my concerns would be addressed. PAUL to his credit got right onto this problem and solved it as seen below in his reply to me.
Ok Paul, I did look into this today. With the new shopping cart it puts in a
flat rate shipping no matter where the destination is in Canada, whether it
be Inivik or next door. Looking at our shipping destinations we have
"turned" a small profit here in Canada on shipping which is not our intent.
Normally these small boxes cost about $10-14 to ship + the cost of the box
$2 or so ea. I have as of now lowered shipping costs in Canada to $14 for a
small and $21 for dagger size to more accurately reflect our costs and your
concern. I also stuck a $20 in your packet to compensate you for your recent
orders. The good news is this has been addressed going forward.
Thanks for the feedback, your business is valued.
Paul

this kind of fair and honest treatment by a dealer is not often heard today so thanks PAUL

Good service but if the Canadians really wanted to do something for us they would come take Justin Bieber out of here and ship him back.

Paul is a class act. I for one am appreciative that despite the bad rap our hobby sometimes gets, there are fine people like Paul that are honest, of highest integrity and are always willing to go out of their way to make sure their fellow collectors and customers are satisfied. Paul likely doesn't remember me, but he invited me to join him in his room for some good natured after show bench talk at the last SOS. This was my first show and he made me feel welcomed. I met many fine people there while sharing our newly acquired treasures. Many of the folks that frequent or moderate this forum were there. All I can say is thank you very much Paul and the rest of the fine folks I met. I look forward to next year.

Best regards
Rick

From the beginning in dealing with Paul he is the most trusted dealer on the Web! I have done many deals with Paul without any issues. There are a few others that are also good but unfortunately only a few. You can be rest assured when dealing with Paul that you are in good hands. JME

Tom,
I owe you a tremendous thank you as well. You took me under your wing and introduced me to all of the fine people in our hobby. If it wasn't for you, I likely would not have gone to the SOS. You introduced me to Paul and Mike to name a few. You didn't have to do this and I will forever owe your a debt of gratitude. Thank you my friend.

Sincerely,
Rick
