Hi! The seller says it's a 'Kinder Bayern bayonet' dated from Imperial period, maybe he's right? Never see one like this, is 28cm long

Yes, a child's bayonet with a generic Bavarian knot. It looks like a nice well made example and the knot is scarce and correct.

Here is another one that is also a generic rendition of a German bayonet. This one is complete with all the accouterments and still on the original store card. It is hard to nail down the time period on these bayonets since they were made well into WWII.
