I don't know what the actual sales status of this one is, but to me it looks like still another postwar "personalized" dagger looking for a customer who is in the market for one. While you could always ask for some more pictures of the affected areas to confirm. When I enlarged one of those posted to verify what I seemed to be seeing - it was etching over (deeply corroded) pinholes in the blade where the newly applied acid removed the rust turning it a matt gray. That's the problem with most engraved blades, you can never tell if it was done 75 years ago ................ or just last night.

There is no way to know for sure when it was etched. But, whenever it was, it looks like it was done by an amateur.
