I still use XP, this one is apparently meant for later operating systems, which I figured you probably have. But if you do still have XP, there is another one for that, though this one might work with XP too I don't know. Very handy app, don't have to open any program to use, simple right click on the pic and chose your resizing options.

I did have XP and used there program to resize it was easy now using windows 7 thanks again will try it soon

Anybody know any online website for photo editor just for little bit changing / not any software for using a software we have learn all tool which is a long procedure.
