I can never turn down a nice army and find myself drawn to them at shows.
A late Alcoso with veteran presentation on rear. A mid period WKC with 60% of the lacquer still on the fittings An early WKC with slant grip and small area's of lacquer on fittings.

All very nice Gary. You can never go wrong with a good condition slant can you and the later Alcoso is interesting given that late dedication!
I really must try and attend one of the big shows one day but suspect I would probably spend too much time looking around. Then find that anything I went back for was already gone & come back disappointed with some consolation piece I would never be really happy with.

All three daggers are realy nice. I love the slant grip WKC dagger. It's very hard to find a good slant these days. Congretulations Gary.

Great daggers Gary! I like the "High lift" Alcoso's, coolest late dagger made! The WKC has my eye as a early Heer collector though, very nice deep farrowed grip on that one! Other WKC looks MINTY too! Congrats..Kevin.
It's ALL in the DETAILS!!.......

Gary: You disappoint me.. I thought you were a Forestry collector If you start to go crazy on Luft2s, I will be very worried. Good to see all of the gang and the SOS, John
Always looking for Eickhorns and etched bayonets.

Thanks guys, just can't resist a decent army, the SOS and the Max shows are the places to go and find them, not much really nice stuff over here, just every now and again a decent example will show up.

I try not to take daggers apart unless it is necessary so I do not know if it is numbered internally.
Cheers
