Ok I wasn't going to take pics of SOS because so many could also but too lazy to share with folks.
And the mods should in their areas also but thats another story!
So I took pics to share and will give my thoughts!
Other forum has pics up but I wanted to take pics of members and guys that are classy and plug many unknown folks!
So no big boy eye candy! You can see them some place else!
They don't share on forums so no plug!
Many great members and folks who make this and other shows special!
We have lost some members due to death and want to remind folks to say hi to old friends and new!
This show was huge!!!!!!!!! I got there 5 hrs after show started! No telling what happened in rooms, under the table and such!
I never made it to 2,000 table gun show!
So much to see and friends to meet!
Pics hard to take due to overhead lighting and in a hurry but you get the idea!
A monster folks!
Wil start slow and also add in certain sections! I took over 250 pics!
Hope mods that made it might add pics and thoughts of info for members! But butt scratching seemed to be the norm!
We shall see!!!!
Other members should also chime in!!!! Its free to add something!

excellent pics Paul. Thanks for sharing. I had hoped to go but the drive and the cost are just getting a little much. I did the Max this past year and even though SOS is a better show, in my opinion that 2 day and 11 hour drive is just daunting now. Plus the $500 for car, gas food and lodging will buy me a nice treat. P.S. you still look like the chap I met many years back....cheers, Ryan

Patton stuff is cool!
Also motorcycle and side cars! German done vehicles!
I do admit I looked at so much good stuff and I just had to capture some pics to show!
I do enjoy taking pics and showing!
And this was nothing in amount of stuff! Good stuff and not just mess kits and canteens like old days!

I had to tell you that any show worth its salt will also have A north Korean table with books and pics of North Koreas dear leader! And all kinds of things!
I thought he was signing for food!
I laughed and darn near peeded myself!
And lets not forget all the ww2 vets and people that showed and were signing! God bless them!

Through the years, I have seen names, but never was able to put names with faces. Being unable to go to the shows, it is nice to see who I have been talking too! Do you know who had the A2 patchs (in the pic above the artillery visor)?Ron

I was not able to trade my himmler off but i had a great time talking with alot of good people.I could have spent a years wages on some pretty good things there for sure. Great pics and thank you for sharing

You're right Paul as Doug Ritchie had some spectacular army blades and yes that Henckle piece was super! U. S. stuff was especially hot this year. The folks next to me were constantly busy selling medal groupings as I talked with others who said the same.
