So they want $2,600 for this dagger.
I saw daggers in this condition before when I was living in Poland. Some were original but look like this because of the atmosphere being very bad for the metals.
That being said, this appears to be worth about $500 if it is original and I question the originality of the blade.
But, there are true experts here who can give you a much more profesional answer.

Hi Patrice was not making comment on where you live but rather upon where this "blade" originates from. This dagger is not one that you would want to purchase. The inscription (dedication) and the trademark placement are incorrect for a Rohm dagger by this maker. There are a myriad of other things that are "incorrect" about this dagger but I think that you have your answer. cheers and regards, Ryan

In Russia, a lot of fakes are imported from Europe! And good professionals is not enough! Thanks for the chat! Oleg

your welcome but Patrice is the "professional" here when it comes to Rohm daggers, not me. I have a basic rudimentary understanding of them...I have only owned 2, one full and one partial and the full was many years ago before you had to watch for the profussion of fakes. I wouldn't dare buy one now unless it came with Patrice or Gailen's or Paul Hogle's blessing. I only re affirmed what Patrice said and sweetened it a tad..easy to do...cheers and safe collecting, Ryan
