Your bayonet is a Bavarian S71/84 Extra-Seitengewehr. It is a proper private purchase sidearm worn for walking out dress. Made by WKC and retailed by Hierteis in Furth.

The etching was an extra cost option for the soldier who bought the bayonet. It is of a known standard Bavarian motto etch style that is found on these bayonets.
