This was brought back by a vet in the 87th Golden Acorn division.

I know it's a Second type Luftwaffe.

Has a makers mark that would not photo. It's a PUMA with a cat in a diamond shape. The silver cord on the grip broke loose on one end long ago but it's all there. The pommel turns with moderate hand pressure but it's not rattling loose.

Not sure what to do with it really.

Very nice. The grip wire needs tightening and the blade might need some very light cleaning. By becoming a premium member here, you can list it for sale. There are other options, of course, if you desire to sell it.
