Hello All! Geoff here.A good friend of mine came across this tunic at a flea market it is a private purchase piece with sewn in shoulderboards My question is regarding the color of the piping on the boards and collar tabs it is a lime green color. Can anyone shed some light on what the color indicates?
Thanks! Geoff

I think this green is for Motorcycle units or Panzer Grenadier depending on the date of issue. The lack of cyphers makes it indeterminable without a date.

Thank you for the Quick reply Landser! the Tunic is dated April 1940.If the ribbon bar that came on the tunic is original to the piece the owner was a veteran of the Great War as well.
