Hello all, I've recently acquired a collection of German militaria. Among my items is a police helmet. Unfortunately, that's all I know about it. Hi Robert,
That gives me a little more information.
In general, I'm just trying to learn a little more about the items I have. At some point, I'd like to sell the items, so I am also curious about who would be most interested in the helmet as well as it's value.
I do appreciate any information offered.

Your helmet was intended for the fire services as the liner is equipped with the three leather tabs to which the leather neck shield is attached.
