also in next pic,,,who made this buckle,,it is unmarked but i think the distinctive eagles head will be a give away to some of the buckle collectors,,,thanks,,Robert

Hello Robert, by the distinctive eagle I would say Overhoff. Btw, late war blu painted buckles were issued to Heer and KM without distinction. Best Ric
