What do you think about hits NEPA dagger?
I have doubts about the originality of this piece.

The scabbard is fake, the lug is too long, wrong shape, and the clown nose ball is a joke, frog is not a classic NPEA style, and doesn't fit well anyway. The grip color, shape, and heavy graining indicate a reproduction. The cross guards "may" be real, would need to see the inside. The engraving is likely a fantasy, as Neuzelle was a prep school for NPEA Potsdam from 1934- 1938. Neuzelle would not be a school you would graduate from, especially in 1940, unless it was from Potsdam/Neuzelle as has been seen in a nickel fittings NPEA graduation marking. Just having Ron Weinand's Waffenleite NPEA Daggers book helps shed light on many of these fake NPEA daggers.
