Real fine looking ring. Most of this pattern i have seen had enamel.

In my opinion a period made private purchase ring.
Everybody could buy it to this times - it wasn`t special
made for a unit.

can't show better image for a while , but eventually it will be shown in full with close up.


It is a private purchase ring. Anyone with the money back then could have bought it. Many were given as presents. Skulls were always popular no matter what the time period. These type rings were usually worn by service men [military] or para military men in Germany WWII.
The ring appears to be an autheintic ring, missing the black enamel but still a nice piece!
