It is the '6th Schlesien Train Bataillon' of the V1 Armeekorps stationed in Breslau, probably early 20th Century. The reverse is 'In Honour of my Service Time' with a picture of the Kaiser and (not in picture) a horse's head. The red and blue knot is the colour of the Schlesien uniforms
